So I got a 5.9 magnum with a/c on it.
Just curious if you were going to swap a 5.9 into your car and use the efi, would you keep the a/c or figure out a way to remove it?

keep the a/c or not
single choice

the reason I ask is, if you have no a/c, and there is no heater valve, it will make a difference on where the water temp sensor is located.
So I was just trying to get a feel for the number that would keep a/c or just want a flat out motor with efi.
Though I have no idea how hard it would be to find the parts that are required to drop the a/c on a serpentine belt motor.

if you drop the A/C its just a belt change.

I'd keep it.

I still like sitting in line to get into the nationals and watching everyone sweat like pigs..... and I'm thinking about putting a jacket one...:D

Depends on where you live ( how hot is it ) and how much you will drive it on the street?.

like said if you dont want to use it get a belt for none A/C

I plan on using it. I was sort of taking a pole for them to see if it was a likely choice. Since it makes a difference on where to put the sensor.
