I'm not aware of a complete set of the rules that applied to the super stock classes for nhra or ihra.
A good history and rundown of some of the changes in included in "the complete book of stock bodied drag racing" a book published in 1970, both hardback and paperback can occasionally be found on amazon.
I imagine nhra might be a source to contact to see if they have something published. Used rulebooks can be found on ebay, yet with all the rule changes they may not apply to what was happening on the track.
