I have a 88 dakota with a 318 501 comp cam, 360 heads, weiand intake, the rest is stock parts, .030 cast piston.

Its has about 50lbs. when cold and when warmed up it just above the 0 on the gauge. The rocker are a little loose so the rockers make some noise.

What could be the problem?

There's a threaded plug in the drivers side of the lifter valley behind the last lifter. If it is missing you will have low oil pressure for sure.

If you have (actually) near zero the lifters will be clattering like hell
