OBD II has a table you can look at to see the misfires and where they are at. Code might even be set for a certain cylinder number, IIRC.

I have replaced many COP setups and only changed the one(s) that showed a misfire, with great results.

GM used to want both changed.Ive changed a bunch and really never had a problem with just changing the bad one.Rocky
