The 1983 318 (I looked up a ramcharger) is an atp 102003 eqiv to 4173443, the 2000 318 (ram 1500) is an atp 102129 eqiv to 53020182 or 53021284. The early one is solid like a typical mopar balancer, while the newer one is way different with a serpentine belt pulley built on. in short; no way. Find a decent parts store and ask them about the atp number. If you were around here I'd have one monday morning.
