I'm glad you listened to me on this one. I'm just as excited to put it in for you as you are buying it.

I received mine in early February. Also, consider that not all orders were from Moparts members so you may not hear of another one shipped since then. I'm sure some have though since mine.

I'll be installing it shortly. If it performs as good as it looks I'll be happy with it. I promise to give a report on it when it's up and going. As for my number, I was somewhere in the first 10. I would recommend getting on the wait list if you want one. The beauty is it's a simple swap so a car could be driven with a 4-speed until it arrives and then quickly/easily swapped. My buddy is doing exactly that on his build.

I called Jamie yesterday. He sounded like he's been in fight club for the last few months. He is still fighting! I'm 18 on the list and instead of asking him when, when , when? I have nothing but respect for what he is doing and am proud that someone in America is quietly fighting the unimaginable challenges he must be going through to produce these transmissions.
Look at what Shafey did to Keisler. More accurately, look what he did to a lot of Moparts members and even more who are not! He is pathetic. He over promised and under delivered.
Jamie rocks! When I get the call, I'll be ready, and so will my 5 speed. Until then, I will let the man work in peace.

Heed the above advice
I "manage" a warehouse that requires me to work alongside the shipper/packers. We are understaffed ( different story here) but every time I get a call that means LESS product goes out the door.. Yesterday I was on the phone for over 2 hours dealing with incompetency to the max. Not only was I taken away from getting any physical work done, mentally I was ready to just leave and go drink some tequila..
Leave Jaimie alone and let him work peacefully..

May leave out "until then" so he can get some work done for his other customers. He'll be way more satisfied if he can get some work done than by having people interrupt him to tell him how great he is.

Yah, I tried to keep it to 2 calls in 4 years, but he called me the first time, so now its his turn again.
As far as Keisler goes. He's earned his reputation, good, bad or indifferent.

And, would Jamie have endeavored to build a better 5 speed if Keisler hadn't done it first? The world will never know.
First? Pfft! Please!...No need to stink up this thread with Keislers garbage. Those hacks never offered anything like Jamie's trans.
