I picked up a 6QT. street Hemi oil pan,is is a copy of the 70-71 E body pan but is said to fit most B bodies too. I just set it next to a 5QT. pan and now I'm worried about it fitting in a 67 Coronet R/T stock K frame. The sump is alot bigger in the front. Anybody do this? P.S. This is a 440 and a original 440 K frame.

Will fit fine , but it will be close to the K and almost flush with the bottom , in a 70 that pan had a skid plate on the K.

Just an FYI there is no specific 440 K frame , that K is the same used for ALL V8's in that body , except the hemi .
