I have the original wiper arms/blades for my 69 bee, looking for just the refils not the complete blade, no luck at NAPA or Azone. Does anyone know where I can get a pair?

Went through this with my Challenger (Pin style), I found these:

Complete assembly: Trico Classic Wiper Blade 16" ( PN 33-162)

Refills only: 16" Wiper blade refill (refill only) #60-1614 (Napa)

You can also check Walmart, they sell Pylon brand which has the insert style blades. Just the buy the whole thing and pull the insert out.

Why not NOS or NORS? I see them on eBay all the time. I bought several lots of (NORS)Trico blades plus some NOS MOPAR refills pretty cheap on the bag.

There was another post on this not too long ago, too.

Mods, can this info be added to the Tech Archive if it's not already there, please?

NAPA carries the TRICO Classic line of blade replacements and complete SS blade and holders.

Will these fit a 1971 'Cuda?

I don't know why not. Just make sure your arms take the pin style blades.
Go to Rock Auto and cross reference them.
Buy them local at an Advanced Auto, you can always return if they don't work.

go to a parts store that knows how to use a catalog. I got a pair in anco or trico for my 68 vert...the trico classic line used to be really good, now they have this ugly plastic clip to go on the flat style arm, so they only have to make one unit. just need a counter person thats competent, prob wont find that at advance or the zone...
