...how much lower will the rear of an A body sit if the front spring perch is reversed?
..'70 Duster, stock MP replacement springs.

You can't reverse them, the bolt pattern isn't rectangular.

I have seen some cars lowered this way, and the result is about 2 inches of drop. To do this, you would need to oval out the mounting holes, which is not recomended!!!
The better way is to redrill a hole higher in the spring hanger. Good luck.
