Try brake fluid, you may have to let it sit on the surface a bit.
I have also had luck with lacquer thinner but thats riskier--you DON'T want to let that stay on the surface longer than required.

Depending on how well cured it is, kerosene might work, and GoJo hand cleaner might do the trick also.

As always, trust your instinct or test in an inconspicuous area first.

If all else fails, its not that hard to re-dye the panels. I've had good results with the SEM products (cleaner, primer, paint). They're available in kit form from Eastwood or the components can usually be purchased locally.

I'm stripping a dash that someone painted right now with a product I found at Lowe's. It's water based, biodegradable, and contains no nasty solvents. Working surprisingly well. Called: Motsenbocker's Lift Off 4 - Spray Paint/Graffiti Remover.

Been using it on the plastic bezels and dash pad. It's taking the paint off right down to the vacuum plating.
