Razor blade.
A brand new one, change them often and they will do a great job.
Guess I was pretty brief with my answer. Yes, buy a box of safety blades & if it's overspray on all the windows, figure on using 15-20 or so of 'em. Dab one side with a perm. marker so you don't flip it. Way-way back when I was a painter, brass or bronze wool was very good but urethane's don't come off quite as easy as lacquer & dulux did!

Spray Windex (or whatever glass cleaner to act as a lubricant) & use a clean razor blade - nothing with rust or dirt on it. The glass is harder than the razor blade so you can't scratch the glass with it. Paint comes right off. DO NOT use a scotch brite pad or anything similar! (DAMHIK)
