A friend of mine just got this cuda, has been sitting in a shed since early 80's and needs going through, just some surface rust here and there, we hope to save the original paint or most of it. Basic one eye dash, no hockey stripe, no console 4spd, go fast car. It belonged to his uncle who has owned it since 1971. What a score, there cant be many unrestored hemicudas left.

That's pretty cool. In the one photo showing the front driverside fender, it looks like it has a black stripe or body side molding. What is it? Joe

The body side molding on the 70 cudas had a pin stripe that wrapped around it like that. Looks like the side molding was taken off. It was just a stick on, not riveted on like the Challenger side molding.

That's good to know that the side molding was stick on. I assumed it was like the challenger.
Really cool car! I would love to see pics of it outside!

I would say, don't restore it, just give it a light and careful cleaning.
1970 Plymouth 'Cuda #'s 440-6(block in storage)currently 493" 6 pack, Shaker, 5 speed Passon, 4.10's 1968 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible 408 Magnum EFI with 4 speed automatic overdrive, 3800 stall lock-up converter and 4.30's (closest thing to an automatic 5 speed going)

Unreal . Very cool, thanks for posting some pics.
Hi Ryan, Unreal is what I thought too when I first saw the car. I would even consider giving up my V24 Duster for this cuda, well maybe
I'll take more pics next time I'm over there, I remember the interior looked very good, the dash pad is perfect, the rear seat has never been out of the car so we're hoping for a correct sheet if the mice didnt beat us to it.

You may find four or five sheets, so do not limit your search to just the back seat. If you find any for other cars in either bucket seat back please let me know?
