I'm running a Summit cross-flow alum radiator in my 67 Satellite. Car was orig. a 22", the summit unit actually fit the core opening perfectly. For the money, can't be beat.

I bought one a few years back for my 340 Duster. Rad wouldn't fit 'cause of the lower rad support area. Rad was to long. Some said I should cut the lower rad support. Sorry, I'm not going to do that. I have heard that the problem has been addressed. That was a few years back, I'm hoping they've fixed the problem by now. If they have I'll get one. For the money they seem to work fine.
I had a simular problem with the Champion I bought, I quess about a year ago.
When trying to mount it, it seemed it was too tall. Bottom of radiator hit the lower radiator support about 1" - 1-1/4" before the radiator was low enough for the mounting holes to line up. After doing some measuring I figured out that the radiator was not to tall. They just welded the mounting brackets too high on the sides of the radiator. I drilled new mounting holes in the radiator mounting tabs, and trimmed about 1-1/4" off the top of the mounting flange that was sticking up above the radiator support. This left the top of the actual radiator at the same height as my original. Only problem with doing this is it meant the mounting bracket on the pass side was now too short to reach the lower mounting hole. So I also had to drill a new hole higher up in my radiator support.
As for how the Champion radiator works, I got no complaints. Keeps engine nice and cool, no leaks, and the price was right. So with mine anyway it fit, but with some mods.
