just like the header says,I need a A-A cooler that will flow 500HP with out robbing HP or blowing apart at 20 LBS of boost, but I don't need it gold-plated.

off the top of my head i think you can get 1 off a Dodge Neon-SRT-4 that will work.

I would skip the neon srt-4 IC. If you are looking for a cheap used one that is highly efficent then I would go with one from and Isuzu NPR truck (large core), early Ford power stroke, or from a school bus. These are all high quaility very efficent IC. If you are going to the after market you get what you pay for. I have run a few different ebay IC with only one doing a decent job. It was a delta fin style.

vsracing.net...they are a site sponsor on turbomustangs.com....they have 3inch core for under 150 and 4 inch cores for like 180, i run the 4inch core on my truck and have had no problems, i picked it up used for a guy on the site for $100..Your goin to spend just as much on a used diesel truck one that isnt worth a crap
