I am going from an auto column to standard,
I want to change out the top 3 parts to remove the auto shifter and indicator.

I have got past the turn signal switch and the snap ring, looks like a bearing in there will this pry off or do I need a puller???

Anything else past this part?

Thanks 70 Dart

Not sure on A body, but on my car once I got the snap rings off the column covers pulled off by hand and I dropped my new parts on.

I had to coax mine a bit with a mallet and a small pry bar. Sometimes they're a little sticky. Be careful not to gouge the collar. I wrapped some electrical tape around the pry bar to cushion it.
