DAMOPARS OP master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 4,978 VA	I am going from an auto column to standard, I want to change out the top 3 parts to remove the auto shifter and indicator. I have got past the turn signal switch and the snap ring, looks like a bearing in there will this pry off or do I need a puller??? Anything else past this part? Thanks 70 Dart

DaytonaTurbo Too Many Posts Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 21,318 Manitoba, Canada	Not sure on A body, but on my car once I got the snap rings off the column covers pulled off by hand and I dropped my new parts on.

scamper340 member S Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 175 Red Lion, PA USA	I had to coax mine a bit with a mallet and a small pry bar. Sometimes they're a little sticky. Be careful not to gouge the collar. I wrapped some electrical tape around the pry bar to cushion it.
