Hey, I just under coated my darts under side with 3M, and it said on the bottle not to paint over it and my plan was to paint over with Eastwoods chassis black, I know this has most likley been done by some here I just was wondering on the results. Thanks Ed

yes it is but I didnt coat the frame rail connectors with it, those still have rust encapsulator on them I just want to know if paint on the under coating was a good idea.or should I mask it off to do the rails

A little overspray shouldn't hurt - the factory did it all the time - but a heavy coat may give it a brittle crust and cause cracks
