I am getting around to getting my 73 challenger running and am having some issues getting it to start.

1. I have spark
2. I have gas
3. The firing order is correct
4. I believe the distributor is not 180 out.

The car will catch a few times as I am turning it over but it just will not start. Suggestions? I was thinking about pulling the plugs to make sure they are not fouled out, any other suggestiions?

How long has it been since it last ran? 4 months or 14 years?

The gas could be pretty old the last time it ran was 5 years ago. I have changed engines since then also.
