Help, I have a 426 hemi that lost oil pressure. I replaced the pump, checked all bearings and external oil lines. I can build 70 psi with a drill but 17 psi cranking. I notice oil squirts for the bolts that hold the rocker shafts to the stands. They are hex bolts that have lock washers under the bolt heads. Does anyone know if this is correct. Thanks for any info

I don't think lock washers are used.

Yep. No washers in that application. That`s your problem.
