the upper control arm bushings is it better to use the rubber or poly ones? it is strictly a race car thanks

Depends on the type of race car. Drag race? Use rubber.

Circle or road race use poly.

YES DRAG RACE ONLY, WHY IS RUBBER BETTER THEN POLY. SHOULD I USE RUBBER LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINBG TOO

Yes. The poly is too stiff and slows down the action needed for transfer.
