Can anyone here tell me how this pulley is mounted to this pump? 1971 and appears to be a Saginaw pump.

It needs a special puller to get it off just like the alternator pulley.

Don't forget to clean up and protect the threads
in the shaft (if the pulley is going back on).
It is a Federal, some vendors call it a Chrysler.

If you don't have the right puller getting that pulley off can be tough... the generic Harbor Freight three-prong pullers don't work and the parts houses don't seem to keep the Chrysler puller anymore. NAPA wanted $100+ to order one...
