Die grinder with a rasp file but dam hard to do on the car!! I would pull them off the head gaskets will be fine. If it just in the hole a drill will probably work?? take em off the crap gets everywhere.

I had the same problem. I offset the rockers with a .015 shim. You may have to sand down the sides of your hold downs to offset the rockers. Just keep an eye on how the rocker is lining up with the valve. Dont offset it to far, just enough to clear the head . 015 -.020 clearance between pushrod and head should be ok.
PSO headed 632 from MM. Cracked cylinder, loose valve seats, low oil pressure, low cylinder pressure. ..... Now its a door stop....

I looked at them real hard ,they are inconsistent ,some are rubbing on side ,some on top of hole ,i am going to pull the heads and put them in a bridgeport and drill them bigger,i would think edelbrock would have give us a little more room here ,i keep looking at my pushrods size ,i,m thinking they are 11/32 ,going back to 5/16 might help ,but i don,t think it will solve the problem
