So at my wits end now. This setup is not working either. Pump appears to cavitate or vapor lock etc. After everything warms up my fuel pressure will go whacko and bounce around a little then it'll go to about 2-3 psi and then finally putz out. I moved the front fuel filter from the connection at the factory up to the regulator directly off the carb thinking maybe the headers may have gotten the fuel boiling. This made no difference either. The only other thing that makes me wonder is that this fuel tank originally was ecs and I changed it over to non-ecs and it only has the small 1/4" or whatever air vent off the fill tube. I also put a vented locking gas cap as I didn't have the correct non-ecs cap. So it should have enough vent but maybe not? I'll post some pictures of basically the whole setup in a minute. Any ideas what else could cause this? Maybe having the reg by the intake etc is causing it as well? See below pics and see if anything stands out that could be a problem.
