Don't hate me............ I went in underneath with 1/4" steel blind rivets. This is the exact scenario for blind rivets. When you can't get to the other side.
I couldn't help myself. It was so easy and I didn't want to have to take the windshield out.

Looks AWESOME!!!! I'm going to "rewind" a bit and ask what you did with the floors. IIRC you patched them but what did you do to the bottom of the car? Thanks and keep up the GREAT work!
Thanks for the nice compliments guys, I'm working hard to get er going by the summer.
The entire floor was replaced in 5 sections. I did lap weld stitching from the top with about a 1/4" overlap with seam sealer on the bottom.
The car has no flex when I jack it up or stand inside. So I didn't go with any additional frame ties.

Thanks! Did you undercoat the car or just paint it?
Stripped, primed and painted. No undercoat. This usually holds up well since I only take my car out about once a month in the summer only, and always garaged.

Love the color combination. Keep up the good work.
Once you've driven a vert, it makes it very hard going back to something with a roof on it.

I can't wait to get her on the road with the top down! Hopefully without any major setbacks Working my way through the brakes. I bought the brake lines from fine lines. I thought I told them exactly what I had, but some stuff still came in wrong. It should be a one piece brake line from front to back, but it came in two. So I call and they don't offer an explanation or a union. So I have to come up with one. I did run the exhaust today and its looking good. The Accurate fit is awesome.
