the fire ring on the Felpro 1009's over hang the chamber on my cnc ported indy EZ's they are on a .060 over RB. I believe the Felpro's are 4.410 bore size. Can I use a 4.500 gasket like the Mr Gasket MLS, I need to keep the .040 thickness for quench, would this work in your opinion?

Sure the 4.500 bore is only .060" per side.
Their compressed volume will be slightly more than the other gasket but not enough to make a noticeable difference in performance IMO.

Maybe someone else will chime in with another option for ya
