Landau Black for black pieces, w bullbog adhesion promotor on plastic cleaned very good with soap and water has worked very well for the few pieces I have done. The appearence looks like it was pulled out of the mold in my opinion.

The SEM Super White is a perfect match for the 70 white,....I'd recommend that you coat the white with SEM's clear that's formulated to cover their line of "interior dyes",....the clears are avaliable in gloss, semi gloss, flat, satin,....I coated the parts in my Daytona that were dyed to match with satin clear, looks natural, keeps the white clean, stain free

Looks great as always Mike. I do like the idea of the clears. I've never used them but I do like the sem dye. Do they spray the same? Scott

Scott the clears are packaged the same as all of SEM's line,...spraybomb, Qts, Gallons...depending on your paint suppliers,
When I dye a part, wether the same color, or change over, I let it dry for a day, then seal it in clear, 1 coat, very light....too much clear, esp on black dulls the color, so go very light, just enough to coat it

I agree....I used bulldog on my panels after cleaning and used super white to coat black panels with good sucess. The key to durability is to clear it afterwards.
Warning...Superwhite is an offwhite....and is not a brightwhite.

Greg.....SEM products are usually avaliable thru CarQuest partsstores, or perhaps your local paint supply shop, Eastwood.com carries SEM, although they don't list all the avaliable colors,....you basically have to buy a few cans of the desired color before finding what shade works for you, the SEM Super White is actualy off white in color, kind of oyster white, 68-9 B Bodies had a pearl white interior color, while 70 B Bodies had and off white oyster look,...I don't know if the 71 white may be different?....you'll have to test some of the SEM whites to get the match you want....they have no cross reference that I'm aware of to factory colors
