21 mph Gain I know my car is out of steam past the 1/8 96mph 1/8 and 117mph 1/4 my car has 4.30 gears, 28x11.5 tire, and a 9" converter that flashes at 4500

That's roughly the same as my car used to do with the old motor.
Never thought it was anything but normal.

I hit the 1/8 at 118 and hit the 1/4 at 148 normally difference of 30 mph

I was just playing with the calc and it looks like a fairly linear line for a increase in speed between the 2 points.... 1/4 speed... 1/8 speed... difference 100......... 79........... 21 110......... 86........... 24 120......... 94........... 26 130......... 102.......... 28 140......... 110.......... 30 150......... 118.......... 32

29 mph best here. Wallace says it should be 31. Normally around 28mph.
'74 Challenger..9.46 @ 145.9 1/4, 6.001 @ 118 1/8 so far. 4023lb !!! # N/A, Marsh performance 655ci, Indy Maxx, T/R, Indy 600-13 X's, Street legal, pump gas, full interior, Cal-Tracs, mufflers, 3:73's and real 10.5 radials. 9.51 @ 142.4 1/4, 6.003 @ 114 1/8 with our old mule KB, 572-13, 580 wedge. My car doesn't have lots of mph (1/8 or 1/4), but it pulls good ET. 116 to 142 = 26 mph
From that link: Your 1/8th mile MPH computed from your vehicle's 1/4 Mile MPH of 142 is 111.75 MPH in the 1/8th mile
Lots of variation in members numbers, see attached chart.

I've run 115.68 in the 1/8 but 140 in the 1/4. Wind resistance I know is a factor..there isn't a bigger barn door than a 64 car!
