The AMD panes are full OEM style panels, the Goodmark panels are a 3/4 panel. The AMD panel will be less work to install, and will not require a 5 to 6 foot welded seam to blend with body filler. This seam will be suseptable to cracking and flexing. The AMD panels are made of thinker metal than both the original, and the Goodmark panels. The price difference in the cost of the AMD panel, over the Goodmark panel can easly be made up in labor/time costs. I think AMD is also offering 3/4 panels now,but for the couple hundered dollars more in price I would go with the full OEM style panels. These will yeild better results in the finished product, and have greater longevity.
