You definitely wont see two engine compartments with that setup in Super Gas! Very cool though. I think I would be taking that thing to a different venue. It screams DOT class. He will have to step up the performance though. Those fools are hauling the mail on DOT's
AFCO, Rons Fuel Injection sponsored Dodge Challenger
Mention Street Lethal Motorsports

Still think it was built for something else stock fire wall and inner fenders
X2 He even stated in one of his earlier interview what they actually intend to do with the car, I just can't remember what it was

I like the fact that is car is a mix of old and new. Old E body with a boosted Gen III Hemi.
Jerry Williams.

Anybody know any of the details of the motor?
Block wise, its a 6.1 Gen III Hemi. It started life with 370 cubes, however I don't know how much stroke or bore was added to his current one. I know he spilt cylinder walls on at least 2 of his eariler blocks around the 1000 hp mark and I think his current engine can put out over 1100 hp.
Yes it's a 6.1 stroked to 426 cubes, they took out a valve seat testing at rockingham

On the interview I saw he said that he felt that a 7-sec pass wasn`t out of reach.
I think he must have some really long arms.
