For those of you that have 28" tall tires on the front of your duster, what mod's did you have to do to make it happen? What wheel offset? How wide of a tire? Did you trim the fender at all? Mine is getting closer to paint, and I'd just rather do this now then later if I have to... Thanks!

ditto... watch out also if youve got the wheel turned alot and you pull in or out of an elevation like a driveway/bump.. it can hit the wheel well lip at around 11oclock youll notice a small indentation on the factory portion of the inner lip..its folded in a little extra bit..it hits right there.. i took a body hammer and dolly and massaged it up a little bit more.. that and the aformention'd front edge.. put a nice sipe in the outer edge of the tire first time i backed up with the wheel turned just right...fwiw. cheapst

So is it just the lip, or does the outside fender itself need to get trimmed/rolled? Anyone got pictures? Thanks for all of the replies!

I run a 2.25 backspace wheel and trim the lower front edge of the wheel opening and then make a new strut/brace a little bit longer to push the fender out more. Just take 1/2" aluminum drink machine tubing straighten and smash the ends flat and drill.
On this car I actually made my wheel opening bigger and profiled the bottom edge since my car had to be painted as well.
The main lip of the wheel opening does not need to be rolled. I have never done that.

I've got 26" tires now. I tried it when my car sat higher.
