Took a while. I guess she had to think about exactly what she wanted to say.

WELL Now, you seem to know so much even though you haven't been NEAR it currently.
Yeah hi, I'm the daughter of the guy who owns it.
So look, apperently you don't know the whole bunch. Basically it was in a storage unit, untill thieves broke in and decided to steal parts and bits of the Missile. That's why it was beside our home for a long time, so we could safely guard it and make sure no more parts were stolen. Got it? Get it? Good.
Anymore questions and all you have to do is PM me.

Get it out of the elements, sell it to someone that has the means to preserve/restore it, or shut up. Get it?

Jenkins was undefeated in match racing at Atco for 2 years.
Until the Missile Challenger showed up, and took 3 straight.
Never seen Jenkins so ticked off.

she failed to note that although it sat outside for protection from crooks it got little if any protection from the elements.
A simple explanation would have cleared up what she was upset about without the attititude and made some fans of the project. Now it will become a target if there's an incorrect screw on it.

The only project that car will ever be is when they rake the remains out of the dirt it melted into!
But....now the ony one stealing parts off it is mother nature

Yea...that was a GREAT idea. Since it was robbed of the "good" parts we should take it out of storage and put it outside in the elements where it will be safe in the yard. How is that working out for you guys, car looks GREAT by the way.....

At least they got it back from the thieves. It would be nice to hear more from the daughter or owner.

Would you happen to have any more updates on this thing because it would be nice to see if anymore progress has been done to it or see some recent shots of it, it sure was a great looking Cuda Pro-Stocker.

What's with the white hack marks on the rear quarter (looks like two counts of 5)?

A lot of guys don't remember when DICK OLDFIELD was a fabricator and the driver. Here he is with Joe Pappas and Bales. I love talking to him at Indy each year.

If they were taking photo or video, I'm assuming this was so they could distinguish which run was which in said photos/video.

Has anyone got any good engine bay photos they can post or PM to me?

I would love to see some as I'm building a early '70s dual plug Hemi Pro Stock style '70 Barracuda, Cheers
