i dont have any experience with either but have herd good things about reilly. i have met the owner a couple times and talked to him about getting a front suspension for my dart. he was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about.

I have only experience with the reily k- frame. I have look into both and researched both companies before i brought one for my car. Also I installed one on a customers 73 cuda. Very easy to install. Well built and great customer service if needed.

If your car is mainly a street car i would shy away from the magnum force k-frame for a few reasons but the main one is

That coil-overs are located in the shock towers and in a full weight street car I didn't like the idea of that. They do give you shock tower reinforcments now however unless you can weld it further's the cost as you now have to pay to have it installed.

The only downside i can think of the reily k rames is that you have to remove the bump stops depending on what body style car you have. This however is easy and if you remove them by drill the factory spot welds it looks clean and you could always reinstall them if you ever wanted to convert back. The reason this is done is b/c the coil-overs are mounted on teh k-frame and the coil-over mounts run right through where the bump stops are. This however is the main reason i like the reily k-frame more as the coil-overs are not in the shock tower and IMO is a much better design for a full weight street car.

In a lightened weight race/drag car either k-frame would work

I helped install the alterK - we drive the car in and out in a weekend -

one thing I gotta say - most kits provide almost everytihng - Bills kit had EVERYTHING. we needed brake fluid, but aside from that we were provided with everything and accurate instructions to complete the job.

It's bolt in except for the bump stops.

I've never dealt with any company as easy to deal with then RMS

Zero road miles to this point, but I'm happy with the fit and finish of the RMS frontend

For those runningthe AlterK how much turning radius did you lose?

i put an alter-k in my dart in 2006. i drive the hell out of it and have never had an ounce of trouble with it. go with the power steering option. its incredible. drives like a new car. RMS customer service is second to none. any questions be sure to give bill a call. he will go over everything with you and not try to talk you into buying anything.

as far as turning radius goes. i never really compared the stock stuff to the alter-k but i know i have no trouble parallel parking in philly or turning the car around making a U turn, no problems in parking lots or anything like that. i do know bills new torsion bar alter-k has more wheel travel and i believe better turning radius.

before i decided on an alter-k i kept up with all the feed back on the systems that were available. there was way way too much bad feed back on the magnum force set up. bad welds, poor fit, bad geometry and frame rails twisting because the stock shock towers were never designed to hold the weight of the car up. they have since started to sell a band aid for that but its just that a band aid. its just a poor design. now the alter-k i never read a bad thing about it. everyone that had one loved it, said it bolted right in easily and performed flawlessly and people raved about how great the customer service was at RMS. i gotta say i experienced everything people were saying about the alter-k. its a great system thats a true bolt in and performs as advertised. and like i said i talked to bill numerous times for over an hour and never once did he get pushy about trying to sell me anything while o picked his brain.

there really is only the one choice and thats the alter-k

It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
