Apparently these P5249619 Intake Manifold End Spacers - Set of Two for W5/W7/W9 Heads are discontinued, and nobody I've talked to can find stock anywhere... Is my only option to make some myself?

I'm finally able to start gathering parts to build up my W5 heads, and a lot of the parts I need are no longer available!

They've been discontinued for two years, looks like a dead duck.

You will probably have to make your own unless somebody has some laying around.

I made my own. I have bought one set from Mopar and made 2 sets myself. If I recall correctly the holes that come do not line up with the holes in the R-3 Block anyways.

Looks like I'll have to borrow some time on my fiend's mill and make some.

Do you have any tips for making these up?

I am on the fence as to which block to use right now. X or R, 48° or 59°. Good to know about the bolt pattern.

Well, I make the pattern off a tracing on the block. Also you need to trial fit the manifold/heads to see the fit on the back and the thickness. The front can pretty much be flush with the block. I rough them out and then drill the center hole in the block AND spacer at the same time. Then I tap the block and drill the spacer bigger to accept the bolt and attach it with the bolt. Actually I use #8 Machine Screws Allen drive. Then with the center bolt in I drill through everything to tap the 2 outer screws. The location is not critical as long as you do not put them too far to the outside like I did on my Back one. Then I champher the outer edges on a belt sander slowly by trial fitting and eyeballing the edge. It takes a while. I cut mine on a band saw and shaped them with a carbide cutter on a die grinder.

Back one with screws too far to the outside. But I made it work.

I am pretty sure that RyanJ made mine on the fly as well. He made several sets I believe for some other W5's that were coming up after mine. You may see if he has a few left as well.
