That all depends on the application. Some manifolds work easily while others won't fit without major surgery.

Other than stainless headers, I don't think you could do better than cast manifolds.

I dug out my cast iron manifolds for another look. I'd have to do some major surgery on the manifolds to fit. It would require moving the outlets up top. I simply don't think it's worth that kind of investment on my car.

11.48 @ 120 with a 1.80 60' 318, stock 1.88 heads, stock 904, Pump Gas, 13 lbs of boost.
9.94 @ 134, 318 on pump gas, 14 lbs w/ Eddies, transbrake 727, 3600 lbs, 3.54 gear and 28's.
