i'm not into all that paint code , daub , color matching stuff on cars but while moving things around in my garage I see my original 71 cuda front rubber bumper has a date code on it....anyone else ever see this or even copied such a thing? it has a 70 year code that seems to match all the 70 stuff on the car like the 70 rear wing and such....interesting stuff.....

I have owned several and they all had date codes on the back side

8-28-70 was also during the 1971 model year. (It started 8-1-1970)

It's the lower valance opening...71s have a smaller opening.. Here's the 70... ...And the 71 And last is what the 71 looks like with the 70 style front bumper... ....
