I also got the exhaust system done. 2-1/2" all stainless steel including all clamps, hangers, hardware. All mandrel bent pipes, X-pipe removable with V-clamps in case transmission or clutch need to be changed. This was done by a local shop, it was expensive, but top quality work.

Turning that key for the first after such a great build must be pretty exciting. Your doing a first class job. Keep the updates coming. Dennis

After having some problems with the EFI and clutch, today I got it all sorted out, and took it for a test drive! There are still some adjustments needed with the ECU, but it is totally driveable as is. Also the belt tensioner I made came apart after about 5 miles, the outer aluminum ring came off the bearing due to heat expansion. Made one out of steel with a much tighter press fit, all seems OK now. Also have a problem with the lower rad hose, once everything warms up, it expands a bit and it it too close to the belt. I'll get this sorted out this week. Otherwise the car drove fine, no strange noises, brakes worked well, clutch is a little grabby, but not too bad. The EFI hemi is definitely superior to an old school carbureted engine. I hope to take it for a longer test drive very soon.
Here is a pic of the completed engine compartment.
