DusterKid OP top fuel Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 1,781 Keymar, MD	Have a 360 that seems to love to eat the distributor pickup plate(coil). Sometimes they will last a month, other times last a year, any ideas of what could possibly be causing this? The car originally had the stock Chrysler ignition box, but have since switched over to a MSD 6AL.

aarcuda I Live Here Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 15,493 the boonies	eat it up how? are the windings opening up like it burnt out? or shorting together It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
