I noticed my original fan clutch is leaking a bit.
Does anyone rebuild these, or should I just plan to replace it.
Is it even a problem? it still feels tight but I would figure it would fail soon.
Will I have to go with an aftermaket peice or does someone offer a correct looking replacement?

Your original fan clutch is rare and valuable, so don't lose it! There may be an aftermarket one you can use but nothing that looks like the original.
I had mine restored by Fred Oliva in Florida. He is the best, but restoring fan clutches is a side business of his and you are lucky if he gets your part back to you in less than a year.
The links I had for him don't work anymore, but last I heard he is calling his business "Vintage Automotive Research" or something like that.

Should not use it if its leaking, I'm using a clutch thats for a 78/79 sunbird, short and fits with my thick 4 core rad in a 71 demon. BTW if you look hard you can still find a deal now and then i found a "233" clutch correct for a 71 340 a body for $40 on E-bay tight and not leaking so keep an eye out.

I went the rebuilt clutch (from Fred) for my T/a and a Mopar Performance unit for my 71 340. The MP unit looks very close from behind. The face is completely diferent but you can't see it because of the radiator. I had no clearance issues with a 2-row radiator. I think you can only buy the MP clutch and the new-style 5-blade fan. You can swap in your original 7-blade fan though.

62maxwgn, do you rebuild them or do you have NOS clutches?
I forgot to mention this is for a 69 motor going in a 68 Dart with the fan # 2863215.
SO the mopar performence clutch will fit my fan?

Sorry, I don't know if it will fit. I have a 71 340 e-body. I can take some measurements if you like.
