Well, I finally went through all the spare parts that came over in the container with John's Daytona, and thought I would post a few pics for those that might be a little curious about the Aussie stuff for what ever reason

Here is an Aussie K frame for the hemi...as you can see, no steering box mounts! (it mounts to the K frame, the engine mounts are tied to it with a piece of wire on the corner)

Here are a couple of pics of what a 265 hemi short engine looks like..

A hemi starter motor...looks sort of like a "real" hemi one huh?

Here are some intake/exhaust manifolds for a standard 2bbl set-up... note in the second one the cool dual outlet exhaust manifold !

Here is a pic of a modified small block 904 case to suit the hemi, as you can see, thier bolt patterns are close, you just have to add a few holes..

And finally, a head shot..

Hope these might have been a teenie bit of interest to a few folks..just something different! Oh, and I got some spare door handles and such, and the part #'s all start with an "A", must be to denote Australian maybe?

Nope, no aluminum blocks out there, all though that would have been kind of cool (not sure how strong though? the hemi uses 7 main bearings as well!)

Can you get a Aussie set of lower ball joints for an A body. I hear they have shorter steering arms.

I can get anything

I might have some old lower ball joints off my charger (not sure if i threw them away when i swapped them) but I can measure the ones on the car as well if you were curious.

TrWater..

Glad everyone else likes the info/pics so far!
