Mahle plasma moly file fit rings. Top ring gap reccomendation for mild nitrous motor works out to .026. These rings install, with no filing, at .030. Would you guys hesitate to use this? I hear that too much gap is better than too little.... what do you think?

Lets see, your going to squeeze the motor enough so you need .026. What if you decide some squeeze is nice so a little more will be real nice When it comes to clearances in a motor, especially on ring gap in a motor that your planning on running NOS on, a lttle bit loose is way better than a tiny bit to tight BTW, are you making sure that the rings are square to the deck when checking them If not, please do so

good reading. I'll run them, and actually feel pretty good about it when I run a little silly-gas.
