Enter “moparts” for the Customer Number
Enter “moparts” for the Password (Both are case sensitive so use lower case for both)
Click on “Login”
Click on “To go to the Quick Order Form, CLICK HERE.”
Enter the WIX part number and quantity
If you aren’t sure about the part numbers there is a “WIX Catalog” link above

Which of these filters is for the 2.0 1st Gen Neon?

It looks like a Neon with the 2.0L from 1995 to 2005 takes the Wix 51348. The only other filter used for that car is a 51516 in 2005 and 2006 with the 2.4L.
edit: That's strictly according to the catalog, it's not to say that the 51348 is the only filter that will work on there.
