I just put in an order. They have good prices to start with. And with the Moparts.com discount it is even better.
The oil filters I ordered were about half the price of my local auto parts stores for Wix filters.

And free shipping with over $50 order.

Anyone ordered filters from this place lately? Communication is lacking and I keep getting the run around when I call. I’ll update this if I ever get my filters…….

Update:
After 1.5 weeks and 4 phone calls and three emails they finally sent me my partial order. They are affiliated with an AG trac store , my order shipped after I had called them with my complaint. Not once did they ever call me back or email.

Hoping I get the rest of my order. The filter I received has a beat up box but the filter looks ok.

Don’t think I’ll purchase again…….not worth the lack of communication and wondering where my order is.

I just recieved an order that I placed 2 months ago, no calls or e-mails also. I called and got a guy that sounded like I woke him from a deep sleep. Not sure I will use them anymore.

i ordered a case of 51515 filters on 11/5/21 and it was shipped the same day. i got it a few days later.
i realize the snafu in today's shipping market, but i was pleased with my service.
i just don't know what to think now.

RockAuto is cheaper on all of those Wix numbers than Filter 1.

If you are buying a case of them it's still cheaper, if you are buying one then go to Autozone.

Just made another order but it looks like the $50 free shipping no longer applies. I do not know what the new threshold is. It was $10 for shipping so not really all that bad. Will see how long it take to process and deliver.

So I did this order on the 29th of November. After a few weeks I had no notifications of any kind so I contacted them through their website three times and no responses. I tried the 800 # but it said the voice mail was full. I few days ago I received notification that the orde had shipped. I got it today and the everything was there. No issues with the product, I like the WIX brand but wish the Filter1 customer service was a little more active. Maybe part of budget cuts/covid layoffs??? Anyway, I suppose maybe "supply chain issues". Guess this is the new norm? For me it was a 5 week delivery, the discount is 5% and you need to order $75 now to get the free shipping.

I already had plenty of the 51515 oil filters but ordered 51516 for the Dakota and Liberty - those ran $5.53 after discount.

I just placed an order the "moparts" discount code seemed to work for me. You can also get a better price on Rock Auto but the wix 51515 is 54.72 for 12. Can't buy them each.

DC1: The Wix 51515R is 9..57 on Rock Auto as well.
