I use the krinkle finish product and force dry with a hairdryer...it brings out the krinkle more prominently.

Rustoleum actually has a rattle can of "textured black". It is pretty darn close.

This trick helps the quality of spray for ANY spray can style paint. Shake the can vigorously for several minutes !!! Next place the can in a bowl of hot, out of the tap, water. The water should be hot to the touch but not scalding. It only needs to sit in the water for a minute or so. The paint will spray so nicely you'd swear you were using a spray gun. If you don't feel comfortable putting a can of paint in hot water you could also place the can on a heat register while the furnace is running. The whole idea is to give the can a bit more internal pressure. But remember to shake the can for several minutes before spraying no matter what. Lord knows how long it's been sitting on a shelve or in a box before you bought it.
