Hi guys! As I'm busy trying to finish my new racer / project I decided it's time to get some studs for my valve covers and intake. I have tried to get correct ones in the past when I build the hemi but all I got where all kind of wrong ones. Wrong lenght, size etc.

Does anybody know which (if possible with part#...)I would need for;
- Barton hemi intake single 4 dominator.
- Barton alu valve covers on oem 60's alu heads.

I believe I need 1/4" - 20 as for the thread. Just can't find any kits or something like that and over here I can only get bolts or lenghts of thread in US sizes. Would like to get them before I get my firecores so they can be sent all together. Thanks for the help!

I was hoping you would post this. Thanks,Hans, wish I could have had an answer. ARP is the only thing I remember. Torquing the head the correct way is crucial, I remember that.

There are so many people running this intake and similair valve covers somebody should know I thought. Currently I have...don't laugh... to long of a bolt with a 'sleeve' made from part, 0,5" of a pushrod... Yeah I know...

So the correct part is very much appreciated...prefer the black oxide ones.

I used ARP #611-3250 stainless on my Hemi with
Indy intake.They come in 5-pack so you need to buy
4 a´$23.00.Not cheap but nice.

Understand what you're saying Cab, but they were the ones who got me all kind of wrong studs the 1st place when I build it... Have plenty of studs laying around which I have no use for

Could you maybe measure the hight of that intake rails where the studs go trhough so I can compare it with the Barton intake. Looks kind of similair...

Thanks

From the pad on the block it´s 96mm. and the intake rail is about 91mm.
