I think it's a great idea, if the cost is reasonable I think they will sell like hotcakes.

under a hundred bucks I don't know Eric, I am not in a position to spend a lot but would love to have one. I can't see them being as expensive as the type Fred bought.

We have had quotes for our trucks and heavy equipment for $140 to $200 per unit per month. The more units the cheaper the rate.

Everybody has a cellphone with gps on it- they are getting cheap as dirt. I'm pretty sure any 15 year old nerd hacker could tell you where your wife's purse is right now. How hard could it be to use that technology for this application? Make it under $100 and you can charge a hefty fee for locating it. $200 bucks would be no big deal to find my junk, but I need another monthly bill like a hole in my head.
