Has anyone here swapped a newer rear axle into their early 50's Mopar? I've heard Jeep cherokee rears are the right size,as well as e-body rears. Also one guy told me he swapped a f-body rear into a 50 plymouth, but the overall width was too narrow, and he had to run wider rear wheels.

E-Body and most C-Bodies use the same width rears, so they are readily available. there is about 1/8th difference in width between the two.
