Flip the rear, removed a leaf from the front. Had to modify the oil pan and the driver's side header.

bouchillon sells lower control arms now.

http://www.bouchillonperformance.com/BPE37493DropKit.asp

Those arms from bouchillon look VERY simular to the arms I got from Chisholm in 97.
I'll post a pic asap, camera batt is dead.

That is the same exact design that AIM sells except the ones I got were blue. AIM also sells adjustable upper control arms as well.

I had to move the lower control arm mounting points in so it would align. It rides pretty good but im not comfortable with cutting that much of the springs. So im going to try the bouchillon arms.I have a fresh set of coils to install. Ill take one round out and see what happens.I want the front suspension to be solid on this truck because Id like to daylight the front tires on launch when its finished.

The best way is to take a 2" long X 6"round piece of pipe & weld it to the spring pocket on the bottom of the lca. Take a torch or a plasma cutter & cut the pocket out from the inside. Weld 4 angle iron tabs to the bottom of the pipe & weld the piece that you cut with the torch inside the pipe. Use the pieces of angle to weld braces to.

Got pics?

How about this??

I'm going to build another set using the layout that I described. The 1st set I used too small of diameter pipe. I'll be building another set soon & will be perfecting the shortcomings of the 1st set. I'll take step by step pics when I build them. The 1st set worked but the spring would hang on the edge of the pocket & pop or make the truck sit uneven. I cut away & tried to make it stop but after it did stop there was no way to make it look good & some strength had been lost. I'm building something else too & I'll take pics of it too. Where's the mad scientist smiley?

Mark,
Your truck looks great now,but i want one from that Factory. I'd just have to buy another house,i don't think it would go over my curb and down the driveway.
I've been trying to figure out how low my 95 extended cab could go without scraping.2 full coils i think would be too much,on an ext cab, atleast in my drive.
