i am putting caltracks on my dart and i need to lower and get 5" of play in the frontend of my dart.so my question is how do i lower and get the 5" of play in my front end? thanks and i hope this is not to dumb of a question.

No such thing as a dumb question ......
Could you explain "5" of play" and why you need that particular amount ? I assume it`s in upward travel ?

caltracks said that is what thay need to work to there fullest and yes im talking about upwards travel. thanks for not thinking it was a dumb qustion.

You can lower the front with the torsion bar adjustment bolts. It's a bolt in the center of the lower control arm near the frame rail end.

you can also trim the lower control arm bumper to lower it some more

I run cal-tracs and trimmed the upper rubber stop way down and as Cab said, I also trimmed the lower stop to 1/2" in height and made sure I had a 1/2" of air gap bet. the lower stop and controll arm so it won`t ride like a truck.
