Im considering getting a mid 90's Mag for my 75 Scamp. I have a mid 70's 727 in storage. Should I expect to use this or would entire Magnum drivetrain (engine + tranny) swap in?

Thanks.

it'll bolt up, work fine.

the OD tranny won't fit an A body with extensive floorpan/crossmember mods.

Only if you plan on using the stock Magnum efi electronics. If using a carb then no need for the sensor...

I used my stock 904 behind a 98 5.9 with a B&M flexplate. I put a carb so no notching the bellhousing for anything. Also, use the small starter. Oh yeah, I have a volare so its just about the same as an A body underthere.

The converter also needs to be rebalanced for a magnum motor also. I have used the MP kit.
