Snubber first, How do you set the snubber height? do you adjust it street driving first then change it at the track for racing? How far from the pan should it be?
Mopar sells rear springs that are marked left and right. What is the difference? Is the left(driver) a little stiffer to compensate for driver weight or is the right stiffer to keep the right wheel from coming up at launch? Thanks for any info!

You do not want to use a pinion snubber with any decent spring, snubbers are a bandaid that hide the real problem when the snubber hits the floor, which is spring wind up As far as the rear spring location, right and left install them the way Ma Mopar designed them and enjoy. Mopar offsets the motor and trans in the cars to give the driver more room, which, amazingly, helps the weight distribution on a drag car Don't forget that the rotational torque of the motor and driveshaft actually raises the left front of the car and trys to lift the right rear tire off of the ground while applying pressure to the left rear. the engineers knew all of that in the design phase of developing the special springs they now sell, put them on as marked and enjoy

I think they add a little more to the right rear spring for preload. What springs are you looking at? I put the HD leaf springs on my Mom's Duster and it rides good and hooks great. I am not a big fan of the butt in the air look that the SS springs give cars and the HD springs just raised the rear about an inch and a half. No need for a snubber with good springs just like Cab said.

That's good news about the snubber..I just won't buy one now. I have some high lift JC whitney springs that I'm going to try. If they lift the car too much maybe I can put a lowering block on. Thanks, for the info guys

If you want to catch the "tail shaft breaking disease" just install a snubber.
