The cam came from hughes engines, the cam card I received with the cam states spring number 1102. The cam card says part number HER2836BL, but the particulars on the card are different than the website. They gave me a great deal on it because it was a custom grind that someone had made for Max performance with exhaust manifolds on a 440cu in motor. I went with that one because I was running shorty block hugger headers. Which I would imagine would be a little better flow than manifolds, but no a huge advantage.

OK, that's probbably why the lift numbers are different too? It that the cam with the wider Lobe Seperation Angle?
I would call Hughes and double check the spring requirements, even their simular sized flat tappet cam shaws using springs with #150 seat pressure?

Ya, its the cam with a 110* rather than 107* lobe seperation angle. I will get a hold of hughes engines.
Thanks

I would call Dave , Most of his cam lobes are pretty darn fast so you will need the right springs
